Whilst looking through the endless Rurals DAT boxes Andy Compton recently found a batch of totally forgotten songs that never got released!
These Jams are from The Rurals farm/countryside era, 1995-2001 and many songs feature silky smooth the voice of Marie Tweek.
You can also hear the players Pete Morris, Charlie Hearnshaw, Gurner, Alex Pamplin, Matt Cundy, and of course Andy Compton on this album. The music was mainly made on a 8 track cassette machine, so the quality is very fuzzy, warm and lovely!
There was no editing functions on the analogue 8 track!, so expect the odd human mistake here and there.
Andy’s decided to make this the follow on album from ‘Farmyard Flavours’, which was released in 2000. There’s plenty more unreleased music from the archives coming soon as well! So, watch this space!
